Aero & Defense

A commercial-space company is building an autonomous spaceplane to resupply the space station. Every avionics, power, and propulsion device on board must be certified safe for flight. Each one is put through hundreds of tests across a wide range of operating conditions  generating hundreds of data files and thousands of calculations per cycle. Today, engineers inspect, catalog, and analyze each file by hand. Then they copy hundreds of calculations and dozens of plots into certification reports. A single report can top 100 pages and take two to three months to produce  from just days of test data. In safety-critical spaceflight, that's slow and risky.

embyr4AI changes that. It:

  • Automatically ingests and catalogs every test file into a searchable database

  • Maps certification requirements to the right test data, calculations, and pass/fail conditions  and computes them automatically

  • Auto-generates the plots, tables, pass/fail results, and the full certification report

  • Preserves full lineage so every result is traceable and reproducible processing at the edge where data is created, and scaling to the data center or cloud

THE RESULT

Certification reports that took two to three months now come together in minutes. Manual steps, and the errors they invite, disappear. Data and analysis stay consistent and traceable across every device and test. Engineers spend their time on the vehicle, not on assembling documents.  Programs reach flight certification faster.

Transportation

A global automaker needs a tight handle on engine exhaust temperature. It drives performance, emissions, and component life. But it's hard to measure directly. The temperatures are extreme, and physical sensors are difficult and costly to deploy across production vehicles. So teams lean on expensive test programs and conservative baseline models. Miss an extreme temperature, and you risk component fatigue, malfunctions, and warranty claims.

embyr4AI changes that. It:

  • Turns existing test-drive sensor data into AI-ready training data.  No new physical sensors required

  • Builds accurate, interpretable ML models that predict exhaust temperature from the signals you already capture

  • Tunes for the risks that matter, controlling underprediction so extreme-temperature events aren't missed

  • Deploys the same models from the desktop to the edge, with a path to real-time prediction in the vehicle's ECU

THE RESULT

Models that match or beat the physical baseline on accuracy  even with limited input data. Fewer physical sensors and less costly testing. Higher-quality systems and lower warranty costs from catching extreme temperatures early. And a repeatable methodology that extends to other ECU-calibration and vehicle-development challenges.

Energy

A nuclear-energy startup is building an advanced reactor with first-of-its-kind technology. Its instrumentation streams thousands of sensor channels plus onsite video and audio  as the reactor runs. But the real-time control system is built to operate the plant, not to analyze its data. Running analysis on it risks disrupting the very system collecting the data. Volumes are enormous; onsite video alone runs to terabytes per week. Engineers need to confirm the reactor is behaving as expected, investigate events, and analyze failures, but the data is scattered, unsynchronized, and hard to reach.

embyr4AI changes that. It:

  • Runs fully independent of the real-time control system, so analysis never disrupts data collection

  • Fuses thousands of sensor channels with synchronized video and audio into a single source of truth

  • Makes every event time-searchable for investigation and failure analysis

  • Stores and processes data wherever it's needed:  desktop, edge server, data center, or cloud  and shares securely with remote teams

THE RESULT

Engineers can confirm equipment is performing as expected, catch issues sooner, and analyze failures with confidence. Critical data is easy to share across the team. Terabytes of daily data are managed and analyzed without ever straining the systems that run the plant. Analytics and reporting that once bogged teams down run up to 10× faster  on a validated, AI-ready foundation for the reactor's full lifecycle.
